Cosy Minds, Cosy Hearts was born from a friendship, a shared dream, and a belief that small moments of cosiness can make the world a little brighter.
We are Nicole from the Netherlands and Heidi from Denmark.
Over ten years ago, our paths crossed on the other side of the world in the vibrant city of Melbourne, Australia. What began as a chance meeting quickly grew into a deep friendship. Around the same time, we both became mothers, navigating the beautiful chaos of family life while living our Aussie dream.
Those years were filled with laughter, long conversations, creative ideas, and countless cosy moments. Even when life eventually brought us back to Europe—to Denmark and the Netherlands—our friendship remained just as strong. Across countries, across time zones, and across busy everyday lives, we kept sharing ideas, dreams, and inspiration.
And one day, a playful thought appeared.
What if we could create something together that could bring a little more warmth, creativity, and joy into the world?
From that simple idea, Cosy Minds, Cosy Hearts slowly began to take shape.
As two women who see ourselves as world citizens, we both share a deep love for exploring new cultures, landscapes, people, and experiences. Travel has shown us how universal simple joys can be: a warm cup of tea, a peaceful moment of creativity, laughter with loved ones, or the quiet satisfaction of colouring something beautiful.
We wanted to create something that captures those moments.
Our colouring books are designed as little cosy escapes—spaces where both adults and children can slow down, relax, and let creativity unfold page by page. In a world that often feels fast, noisy, and unpredictable, we believe everyone deserves moments of calm, joy, and playfulness.
Through cute illustrations, cosy scenes, and a gentle atmosphere, our books invite you to step away from screens and reconnect with creativity, imagination, and your own sense of calm.
Whether you colour alone, with friends, or together with your children, our hope is that these pages create small pockets of happiness in everyday life.
But Cosy Minds, Cosy Hearts is about more than colouring.
Our long-term vision is to create a giving circle of creativity and care. As our brand grows, we are committed to building a donation program where part of our revenue helps bring colouring books to people who might not otherwise have access to them—children, communities, and individuals who could benefit from the calming and therapeutic power of creativity.
Because sometimes something as simple as colouring can offer a moment of peace, emotional release, or quiet joy.
